Before staring her acting career, she firstly worked as a model. In 1992, she made her television debut with a television series titled Freshman Dorm in which she played the role as Nikki. Afterwards, she made her debut film titled Terminal Velocity, in which she portrayed the character of drug addict. Her best known appearance as Samantha Reilly on the Fox soap opera, Melrose Place (1996-1998).
She is also known for her leading role as Angela Bennett in USA Network series The Net (1998-1999) and as Annabelle Farrell in sports comedy The Replacement (2000).
